Lista de los nominados a los Premios Emmy 2021

En el inicio de otra poco convencional temporada de premiaciones, se dieron a conocer los nominados para los Emmy 2021, premio otorgado por tres organizaciones principales: la Academia de Artes y Ciencias de la Televisión, la Academia Nacional de Artes y Ciencias de la Televisión y la Academia Internacional de Artes y Ciencias de la Televisión. La ceremonia de entrega número 73 de este galardón, se llevará a cabo el próximo 19 de septiembre.

Con los efectos de la pandemia todavía afectando a muchas series, es probable que las grandes ganadoras de años anteriores, como Succession, Ozark y The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, quedaran fuera de las menciones, pero eso significa que hay lugar para muchas series nuevas que debutaron este año con grandes propuestas, dando oportunidad a shows que se estrenaron hasta el 1 de junio de este año para ser elegidas en las categorías de mejor drama, comedia, serie limitada, dirección y a los actores y actrices que nos dieron las mejores interpretaciones del año 

Este año, The Crown y The Mandalorian consiguieron la mayor cantidad de menciones con 24 cada una, seguidos de WandaVision (23), The Handmaid’s Tale (21), Saturday Night Live (21), Ted Lasso (20), Lovecraft Country (18), The Queen’s Gambit (18) y Mare of Easttown (16). Mientras que, por plataforma, HBO/HBO Max amasó unas impresionantes 130 nominaciones, superando al campeón del año pasado, Netflix, que consiguió 129; dejando muy detrás a Disney+ (71), NBC (46) y Apple TV+ (34). A continuación la lista completa de nominados:
